Welcome to “We Go There”, where there is no such thing as TMI.

Why? Because there is no such thing as having "too much information" when it comes to your health and wellness. Information and knowledge is power, period. And feeling empowered is everything.

Many of us are living similar experiences, and yet we often feel alone,  or even worse - shameful about what we perceive to be an embarrassing problem. When we are embarrassed, we stay silent. Silence breeds shame, and shame makes our struggles even more difficult.

My hope is to help change that. And it starts here!

I want to create a space where NO question is off limits (I really mean it!), where no one feels judged and where you can tune in to learn something, and feel a little seen!

From painful sex, raging hormones, vanishing libido, postpartum vaginal healing, infertility and bladder leaks (been there!) - there is no judgement here. This is about asking the awkward questions and talking with top experts to get the truth - the information you deserve.

We are going there, unfiltered! And I am so excited you're here.

Meet the Host

Nikki Bergen

Nikki Bergen is the Creator and Founder of The Belle Method.

She is a Master Pilates trainer and Pelvic Health expert with a passion for helping women feel confident and strong throughout pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and beyond.

Nikki loves ( in no particular order), getting new stamps in her passport, eating chocolate and drinking ginger shots. She grew up on equal parts 90s Rock and R&B, and is that person who talks about kegels at dinner parties.

When she’s not running wellness retreats, teaching classes, or driving her kids to dance and hockey, you can find her planning her next adventure, making playlists on Spotify or watching Bridgerton in her sweats.

She lives in Toronto with her husband Matt and two babies born in 2018 and 2020.

How the podcast started

In 2019, two pregnant women Nikki Bergen & Lexi Miles Corrin connected with each other. They realized they had A LOT to say about things other women in their stage of life were not talking about openly. Then there was a pandemic in 2020, and they had both just given birth to their second baby. They were both entrepreneurs whose businesses were drastically impacted by the Toronto lockdowns. So naturally, they decided started a podcast while “stuck” at home.

Fast forward 5 years to 2025 and the duo recorded 100 episodes! As of 2025, Lexi is branching off to launch her own business & leadership podcast (she is the founder of Waxon afterall!), and Nikki is staying on as the host of the We Go There Podcast to continue speaking about her passion - all things Women’s Health.
