Munira is a Pre and Postpartum Physiotherapist who specifically helps people with Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA) rebuild core strength after having a baby. As a trusted leader in her field, it is her mission to create clarity amongst all the confusion so that more moms with diastasis and core weakness can finally begin to feel strong again. In addition to helping moms in-person and through online programs, she also is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with fitness and rehab professionals.

She has presented on the topic of DRA at several national and international physiotherapy conferences and also teaches courses on DRA for professionals. Munira’s mission is to spread DRA awareness around the world by providing information that is easy to understand, up-to-date, and evidence-based.
