S5 | E47 Infant Loss, Postpartum Nutrition and Healing with Michelle O’Brien

Trigger Warning: This episode discusses sensitive subject matter surrounding pregnancy loss.

Michelle O’Brien is a mother of 4 girls, three in her arms and one in her heart. Michelle’s first daughter, Harper, passed away due to complications three days after birth. Following Harper’s passing, she learned to navigate her family’s tragic loss through movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. Michelle feels compelled to bring awareness, compassion, and hope to other women who have also suffered pregnancy-related heartbreak.

Listen as Nikki, Lexi, and Michelle chat about the tools and resources Michelle relied on for her own journey and the importance of community, connection + nutrition as integral building blocks to being a happy healthy mom and woman.

On top of being a mom, Michelle is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and business owner.
