S5 | E50 Finding Resilience with Angi Fletcher

Angi has experience from 30+ years of dealing with debilitating depression and anxiety. She has gone through seasons of divorce, the death of her parents, financial ruin, 3 pregnancies and postpartum. The growing pains from these seasons lead her to seek the root cause of her dis-ease through rebuilding her life.

Nikki, Lexi and Angi discuss how Angi overcame the lowest parts of her life. Angi shares coping mechanisms, raw stories, and hope for others struggling with life’s curveballs.

What We’re Chatting About:

  • Tell us about what you’ve gone through that made you so passionate about healing and finding resilience.

  • You’ve gone from smoking a pack a day, being riddled with depression + anxiety, and losing your parents at a young age to living the life you have now, how did you get here?

  • Where does someone battling depression and anxiety even begin? How do you change your brain/cells?

  • Can you tell us about coffee enemas and ice baths/cold therapy? What are the benefits?

  • What was your postpartum experience like?

  • Our mission is to inspire people, to give people hope: what advice do you have for those currently fighting battles of their own?
